Liquid Milk Fortification
Liquid milk fortification enhances nutritional value by adding essential vitamins and minerals. The process involves mixing a small aliquot of cold milk with an oily vitamin premix aliquot of milk in a separate tank, ideally at a temperature of 40-45°C to facilitate dissolution. Once the vitamins are properly dispersed, the pre-blend is added directly to the bulk milk without the need for homogenization.
